I contacted Mike Bertrand & emailed him a copy of the affidavit that I was supposed to sign for "CITM". Just want to let you know we got our money back (all $624!) with absolutely NO THANKS to SDS; ATA; CITM. Kudos to the Fraud Team at Bank of America for working on our case & getting our money back for us! It was a lot of work with a lot of follow up calls made daily, but the fraud team & our bank came through for us! And we did it without signing that bogus Catch 22 affidavit!!! Fight for what's yours!

From Washington Regulator:
Several states are investigating these people. I would appreciate a copy if you have the affidavit they wanted you to sign. Please send a copy to me personally for use in our investigation. The bottom line is as usual, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
These people prey on those that can't afford to lose money and who are desperate for coverage leading them to believe it's "real insurance". Once they get their hooks into your bank account, it's nearly impossible to stop them from pulling the money out.
If you are a victim, CLOSE your account and open a new one right away to ensure they can't automatically take money out. Don't let them lead you to believe they will stop taking the money and give you a refund. Make a formal complaint to your state insurance commissioner and attorney general as well.
Scan and e-mail their "affidavit" to [email protected] , or mail to
