Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I reserved and paid for parking and shuttle service to Miami International Airport to begin our honeymoon. Arrived at the parking lot two hours before scheduled boarding for an international flight. We were greeted by the lot manager with the statement "You are going to hate me for this. They took away my airport shuttles to service cruise passengers. I can call you a cab but you will have to pay him.

I stated that this was unacceptable and one of the lot attendants said they had done this to others and the cab ride would cost about $50. He said he would take us in his private vehicle but his boss told him no. I told lot manager to call his boss and find out what he planned to do. Answer was "call us a cab or tell us to park somewhere else". He stated (i believe falsly) that his two airport shuttles were broken down, but he also somehow new that there would be no shuttle on our return a week later.

At this point I told him he had an employee who offered to take us. He stated that the employee could "do whatever he wanted but he could be fired" and that "there is no way your getting your money refunded so don't even try". He then asked to speak to the employee and the employee told me he was sworn at and yelled at but he was going to do the right thing for us regardless.

We were then given a ride to the airport in the employee's personal car and his number to call on our return so that he could pick us up in his own car again. He was true to his word and picked us up and returned us to our car as promised.

While it worked out in the end, Premier made promises it never intended to keep. They are still accepting reservations for airport parking and shuttle service, and I don't believe they intend to provide those services. In my mind this amounts to fraud and/or theft as it is a premeditated effort to procure funds for a service that will not be provided.
