Add me to the list of duped customers.  I went and listened to a presentation, and received 2 different Premier Select Reward coupons, one for round trip air fare for 2 anywhere within the US, and the other was good for a 7day/7 night vacation anywhere within the continental US. Not to mention the bonuses that came with them.

We mailed in our registration forms before the 30 days expired, and waited.  And waited, and waited some more.  Finally, today, September 25, 2012, I contacted the company to follow up on the forms that I should have received by now.  I was told that they didn't receive them within the 39 day timeline, which I disagree.

Personally, after reading all the complaints on ripoffreport.com, and adding in my own, it appears to me that not only is the company doing everything possible not to honor the certificates, but they must not have a mailing budget, and prey on the customers to cover that expense for them.  Since every customer is required to submit a self addressed envelope with 2 stamps attached, they must be removing those unused stamps to use for their mailing purposes.

When I asked the customer service representative why I was not notified that the certificates were allegedly outdated, I received the response "because we are an inbound call center only".  What does that have to do with mailing us back our stamps along with a letter of explanation?  Can you spell & smell FRAUD?  I sure can, and I am several states away in NC.  Why hasn't this company been shut down for fraud?  Who is to shame there?
