Premier Solution called one day and told my husband that he had qualified for a $20,000.00 loan in which we really did need due to our debt and my loss of employment, and our credit was really bad that every loan that we applied for was turned down instantly! So we thought that our luck my have changed with this phone call because they said that he was pre-qualified but we would need a security deposit of 10%, a "good faith" deposit as they called it and that after 6 months of timely payments the "deposit" would be refunded.

We of course didn't have the money and had to borrow the money from a friend promising to re-pay her once the money was "direct deposited" into our checking account as per the agreement with Premier Solution. They requested that they have the money sent Western Union to a certain individual due to location of the loan co. also which cost $119.00 to send! Keep in mind that they have already sent a 12 page contract in full desciption of the terms and contents.(I was leary of the whole cituation and told my husband to forget it that I didn't like the sound of this deal) And that within 24 to 72 hour of receipt of the "deposit" the $20,000.00 would be direct deposited into our checking account in which they have all of my husbands identity information.

So after 72 hours have passed, I contacted Premier Solution but was transfered to a different agent then the one who contacted us and delt with through out the processing. Then we were told by a new agent that our loan was put on hold due to a lack of "security funds" and I explained that that was what the contract(signed sealed and delivered) requested and was agreed upon, then they explained that there was an oversight on my husbands credit report and since it was not to par with their loan policy that they needed $2800.00 more of a "deposit" before we could get the loan. So I instantly said no that's not going to happen because we had a hard time in borrowing the initial $2000.00!

I felt a panic inside me right at that instant and knew that we had been " taken for that horrible ride" and asked to have our money refunded right a way and they explained that it would take 30 days before it would be refunded and my husband blew a fuse and argued with them that we sent them the money by Western Union in 1 hour so why couldn't they do the same or direct deposit the refund into our account like they were going to with the loan and they gave us a lame excuse about it being against their policy. Well to make this long story short, I had called them on a daily bases for about a month,(sometimes pleading with them to return our money because now ontop of being in debt we owe $2000.00 to someone who expected it within 3 to 4 days and now it's been over 2 months)with no results, just hang-ups, message machines or "you've got the wrong number" but I know that they are still there!

I have been advised to not call them any more due to my large phone bill which I found out that they had me calling them in Canada! So ontop of the $2119.00 we have $85.00 in Canada calls alone! So we have been dealing with "Phonebusters", the Police Dept. The Better Business Bureau and now the FBI! So please avoid this Premier Solution because their only solution it to fill their pockets with your money!!
