I ordered precription medications from prescriptiondieting.com and recieved an email from them confirming my order was shipped but recieved no tracking number. I was not too worried until a week passed and my medications were not recieved, so I went to prescriptiondieting.com in order to contact their customer service and found absolutely no contact information what so ever.

The website brags about 24 hour telephone service but provides no phone number and has no contact emails, only a portion of their website that says "contact us." So I filled out the "contact us" portion of the website requesting a tracking number for my shippment and recieved no answer.

A week later I tried again and each week after for 1 month without recieving any response. Desperate I then checked with Federal Express to see if anything was actually supposed to have been shipped to me, they had no record of any packages supposed to have been mailed to my address within the last 90 days. Everyday in my email since I have received refill requests from prescriptiondieting.com and possible partners in crime usameds.biz and monthlymeds.com (which claim to have my full prescription information which of course I never gave them).

I have taken the issue up with the BBB and I hope that if you have experienced something similar you would do the same.

After a lot of research I was actually able to obtain a phone number for this company by contacting one of the site affiliates. The phone number (866-978-0655) is a joke it is only open 9am - 5pm CTM (after the site touts 24 hour customer service) it is almost always busy and if it isn't most of the time they just hang up on you. After setting my phone on redial for about 2 hours I was actually able to get someone on the phone who barely spoke english. When I made my first call on 08/01/04 I was assured by customer service that I would actually be receiving my product within the next 5 days. The customer service representative advised me that my package had been held by customs and was now released and on its way to me. 6 days later my product was still not recieved. I didn't have time to put my phone on redial for 2 hours so I emailed the company (also an address I received from a site affiliate) at [email protected]. The next day I recieved an email confirming my order cancellation and then a second email advising me I would receive a full refund on my credit card within 8 days. After 10 days when I hadn't received my refund I attempted to phone the company again once I finally reached a customer service rep they advised me that I had to wait a full 8 business days to see my refund and it should be in my account the next day. What a wonder it is a week after that phone call and still no refund, 2 weeks no since the email confirming my cancellation and refund. Please also note in my initial email I requested a shipping tracking number - I have asked via email and also over the phone for this information and it has always been refused. This leads me to believe that the items were never shipped in the first place.
