They can't, and won't, give you any information over the phone. They won't validate a debt by a phone call. They will do nothing by a phone call. You MUST send them a request via regular mail in order to validate the debt. Perferably certified mail. If you don't do this, this company is under no obligation to give you any information. Now, if tehy want to collect the debt they needed to mail you a letter. Have you ever recieved any correspondence through the mail from them?
