Tom make promises he can't keep and will leave you holding the bag. He grossly mis-managed the project he started. He asked for money prior to completing designated tasks. He has a lot of personal problems which always conflicts with his professional life.
Tom's offer was $119,500 but $91,000 later he claimed he had no more money. So we had no back porch, no windows, no kitchen, no bathrooms.
To add insult to injury, he changed his phone number so there would be no contact with him.
