Priceline.com Rip Off...ticket Issued In Screwy Name Unable To Use and they sell your information so others can rip you off too! Internet
I purchased a ticket online from Priceline and the name showed up as just a bunch of letters...not even close to my name. They would not change the name and neither would they refund it. I spent $182 on ticket that I cant use...and the travel insurance they slid into the purchase wont cover it either. And if that wasnt bad enough...I found a charge from a company called Reservation Rewards on my Credit Card unauthorized and when I called them they said they got my information from....Yep Priceline!!!! These kind of stuff shouldnt happen.
