Prime Movers Inc did not deliver services, did not deliver in one delivery, instead two a month apart, required 100% upfront before unloading, damage was severely extensive Beaver Heights Maryland
Prime movers promised to pack with professional movers, including electronics, and unpack, as well as execute the move in 10 days from Md to California. The packers were unskilled hourly laborers, electronic ie Bose stereo equipment and computers and electronics were thrown in boxes with other materials such as books, broken components, lost pieces. Boxes were unmarked, unlabeled, drawers were dumped into boxes.
The move was executed in two moves a month apart, no unpackers were provided the drivers had to unload me, assembly was not completed, the damage was extensive, per the employees the worst they had seen. The company rep, Avnar, was unavailable, snide, condescending, continually misrepresented status of move, movers.
We were overcharged, much damage, the inconvenience of two moves and living a month not knowing what was missing and what was coming. 15 boxes never arrived, because of the poor tagging and identification it is hard to make a claim.
No customer service was available when questions needed to be answered.
I have moved many times with professional movers, this is by far the most abysmal experience I have ever had. The 30 days between the split move (which was supposed to be one move) was costly as vacumn cleaners, coffee pots, kitchen appliances, health and beauty aids, sheets, towels were on the second truck, so these materials had to be purchased as we waited week after week on false promises for the rest of our household to arrive from Maryland to California.
Do not use this moving company.
This company also hires illegal aliens, and treats them poorly taking advantage of their illegal status.
