To whom it may concern:

We are writing this in regards to that wonderful company of Prime One Benefits. If you could not tell, I was being a bit sarcastic right there. This company has been giving us the run around for nearly a year. We were sucked into the promise of a credit card at $187.00 one time fee. We paid and got the "free stuff" package but no card. At this time we called because we were kind of skeptical about not getting the card with the package.

We decided to call and ask for a refund. Prime One told us to send everything back and we would get our refund back. About 3 months later we had still recieved nothing. We called to inform them and they said that the package was still in the mailroom. Turnsout that they only check mail once a week.

By this time we were highly irate and continued to call everyday for the next five months. Each time a phone call was placed we recieved a comment from them stating that the money would be back in our account this month. This went on for five months and is continuing to this day. Everytime we call they say the same thing " It will be in your account by the end of the month"

We have thought about turning the company into the Better Business Bureau and into the authorities for fraud and misleading conduct. We encourage anyone who gets a call from these people to just hang up right away. It is not worth the stress.
