Primerica ripoff Hazleton Pennsylvania*UPDATE: Primerica offers a good business opportunity & stands behind its products & services- - Company Executives have told Rip-Off Report that Primerica pledges to resolve complaints & address any inquires from the past, present & in the future.
I was "recruited" into Primerica under the guise of a job as a Vice President making $100,000 per year and owning an office. After going through their training and licensing, I found that all they were doing is using people and their market.
My best year with them I made $20,000 and found that I was in the upper 25% of earners with the company? Yes there are some that make $100,000+ per year, but every month they recruit >10,000 new people! That's 120,000+ new people per year and their licensed field force hovers around 110,000. That's over a 100% turnover per year and there's less than 1500 making over $100,000 per year. I beleive in the process of buy term and invest the difference, but when you can get the same term from Traveler's for 50% less than Primerica, there's more to invest.
The only way to make money at Primerica is to use people and before you know it your friends are avoiding you. After I quit Primerica I was shunned, by my former Primerica friends and I was verbally slandered to my clients, which I found out aren't my clients, but the companies clients. I can't even talk to them for two years after quiting, but guess what... I'm now and indepedent agent and I've made $20,000 in three months already and unfortunately it took me years to realize that I was being screwed by Primerica. So if somebody talks to you about Primerica say no thanx.
