I don't know what is up with these guys lately. We used to use them and they weren't great but they were okay and for the most part did the job though sometimes late or had to come out and do it a few times to get it right.
For about the past 6 months, they have been sending us invoices for services that were never rendered and for supplies that were never ordered or delivered. One time in that period of time we had one of there service people out and they left without even fixing he machine. We called them back and they never returned. Now they are billing us for that. Phone calls and emails to try to get this resolved go unanswered or they tell us they'll call back and never do but keep sending us invoices for more and more things and nasty letters threatening collection. I'm ready to turn it over to my lawyer but I am just so angry with them I wanted to let as many people as possible know.
