Pro-Activ packs a great product. After years of suffering from acne I broke the cycle with their products. When you order the first package at the $50 rate you join a club where you get it every other month. For joining the club you also get some free gifts. I believe a masque is one of them. When using Pro-Activ your face has to get cleaned out before it will improve. Or as they put it, it will get a lot worse before it gets better. A single package would scarcely have time to improve your face at all before it was gone. My face cannot tolerate a lot of Pro-Activ product. I have to use it only at nights and sometimes only every other day at nights. They have extended my shipping time as distantly apart as I require. When I returned unopened packages that were sent to me in error they refunded the money to my account within a week. Then they made sure the same problem didn't happen again. When I stopped my membership because I needed to move they made sure everything was taken care of. The rewards to my face are incredible. I look sadly upon people who have bad acne or pockmarked faces and wish that they would open up to the possibilities of this product. I have actually started talks with several people that I felt were open to it and gotten them started on Pro-Activ as well. Obviously they were having an off day on customer service. Something didn't get recorded, etc. Keep calling and ask for a supervisor. Remain calm and just explain what is going on.
