Pro Seal ripoff fraudulent got my money no product no refund and now company has disappeared New York New York Internet
We ordered this "fantastic" caulking tool kit from ProSeal in March of 2006. Eight weeks later, we called. They said they shipped it, and we should wait another week. Called again. They just didn't understand why we never got our product. They would re-order it for us.
Called again. Yes, we could get a refund. Stayed in contact with them for a little over 5 months. No refund. Last time I called, I was given another number to some "StormVac" outfit, and no one ever answered the phone.
They are liars, cheats, and frauds, and they should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
