Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
They have been taking fourteen dollars ninety five cents from me since November ninety eight. I never did any business with this company and I have to file a police report to get them to stop. They will not refund my money. I tried to cancel every month and they keep taking my money. I will have to sue them and want help with that but do not know where to turn to. That is the next step. I am devoting all my time now to getting my money back. They have caused over draft after over draft fees. I am in the thousands now to them. Any suggestions.

I would just like to let you all know about the time frame of Procard being start in the year 2000. Procard International's website states this: Q: How old is Procard International? A: Procard International's networks have been providing services and career options for over 10 years now. We represent over 1 million Providers nationwide and Internationally. I don't work for this company, and never have, but it does say, "over 10 years now" and it is now 2006, if procard, like any Legitimate company updates its faqs. Then we can assume that as of the year 2006, this company was formed near the year 1996, or sooner, if the info wasn't up to date. And if you are going to say that this info I have on the date is untrue, read your website, and then let us know if we can report your company for false claims. In short I believe your company is a fraud, a scam, a ripoff. And by the way, will someone please tell me if it is legal for these so called "executives" to be releasing such detailed information to the public like this?

A key feature of fraudulent scams is when no one makes money except the Rip-Off Artists. Procard International guarantees their profits right off the top. You cant even hope to evaluate their so-called "money making opportunity" until after they've made their money. Your initial payments to them is their only source of profit so don't expect them to refund anything they don't absolutely have to despite their online promises. By the way, Procard International must have a paid position for constantly monitoring these complaints. Writing rebuttals is apparently an essential part of their occupation. Procard can afford to spend so much time here because they don't have a legitimate business to attend to. What makes them the crooks they are and deserving of contempt is how they have no conscience against financially hurting well-meaning people who are struggling to survive, by stealing what little money they have and waisting their time, not to mention causing them torment and mental anguish. SHAME ON YOU, PROCARD INTERNATIONAL !!!

To Dwight, I went thru a long battle with capital credit alliance

#7Consumer Suggestion

Wed, November 10, 2004

Dwight, My name is Amanda. I am from Texas. I went thru a long battle with capital credit alliance. I suggest contacting any government agency that you can. I started with the better business bureau and then went on to contact local officials and state officials in the state where you live and then contacted the same in the state where the company operates out of. I also informed any management that I could get on the phone at CCA to let THEM know who I had contacted. Call them every day and file any reports you can possibly file with any agency you can. Record every time you speak to someone, who they were, what their job is, their name, their employee # and date and time. Customer service reps. tend to get nervous when you start asking to speak to management and their info. Good luck. AIC.

I agree - You could not have been charged by procard in 1998!

My name is Jennifer - I have been with Procard for a few years now and love it - and am doing very well! This person making this complaint certainly must be referring to something else and another company entirely. I work hard to earn money for my family as do all Procard associates, many of which I know personally and it's so unfortunate that just anyone can make inaccurate comments in this way. It hurts everyone! There are people out there who are looking for a legitimate work from home opportunity - and postings such as this are incredibly frustrating for everyone to deal with. I am incredibly glad to see that Procard has posted the appropriate information regarding this "complaint" which is obviously either totally made up or this person is completely confusing the situation they are describing as having to do with another company entirely.

Regarding Dwight from Co. claim

#9UPDATE Employee

Sat, September 11, 2004

My name is Jane Alexander with Procard International I have been with Procard from its start, in 2000. I am not understanding this complaint from Dwight of Colorado.I do show him as having been a member, but the date of his voluntary enrollment is 11/25/02 far from 1998 when Procard was not even in existence. I show he registered as an associate of our company for a home employment position on 11/26/02 and our office received a cancellation notice on 10/17/03, which was cancelled that day and he has never been charged since. The initial enrollment charge did have to be submitted three times for it to successfully process his enrollment fee once on each of these days: 12/11/02, 12/17/02 and finally on 01/07/03 when it successfully did go thru to complete his initial payment. He was charged the agreed upon monthly enrollment fee's for the services on the first of each month, none of which were resubmitted for any reason from January, 2003 thru October, 2003 when his cancellation notice was received in our office the total charges to the history of his account is only $184.40 for that amount of time enrolled which is far from thousands of dollars. I am left to assume he may be inadvertently thinking of another company where this has happened, because it could not have happened with Procard none of the information even comes close to matching up. Sincerely, www.procardinternational.com www.localdiscounts.com

Regarding Amanda's statement, she is not referring to Procard International

Hello, I am in Procard International's customer service dept - and after reading the comments from Amanda from Texas -- I just wanted anyone reading these reports to know that she is not referring to Procard International - she is not a member, now or in the past, of our services - but evidently is talking about some other company. Just FYI - it seems like she is referring to Procard due to the placement of this ad and I just wanted to clarify. Thank you,

#11Consumer Suggestion

Mon, February 02, 2004

my name is amanda. i received a letter from capital credit alliance for a credit card. i filed a rip off report on the matter. you can look it up and read more on the details. anyway, i was advised to contact any government agency that i could on the matter and give them full details. so i sent a copy of my complaint to the texas attorney generals office which is in charge of consumer protection and i also sent a copy to the better business bureau. i worked on this for several months and finally they sent me a check in the amount of $518.92. the whole total was 908.96 i believe but atleast i got something back. i am still fighting with them about the $196.00 that i had to pay in non sufficient funds charges due to them trying to debit my account 3-4 times a day until it went through. keep trying. you may not get all of it back at once but something is better than nothing.

From one consumer to another, close those bloody accounts!

#12Consumer Suggestion

Mon, December 01, 2003

This consumer suggestion is written in response to this particular problem, mainly on taking responsibility for your credit and your other financial affairs. I am not an employee of Procard, nor do I know much about them. I won't speak about their practices because of that since I don't know anything about them. I do know, however, that the person who must take responsibility for their finances/credit is the one and only - ourselves. I am dismayed to hear that you were being charged every month for OVER 5 years! Regardless of any issue of whether or not you had done business with them, why did you let them continue to do it? Five years is a long time - hell, one year is a long time! The moment any consumer believes that the company won't satisfy a cancellation notice is the EXACT moment you need to take responsibility. How? On day one, a consumer MUST notify their credit card company or bank about the issue. The normal solution that completely and utterly stops them dead in the tracks? They close the account and reissue a new one for you. The company charging you can no longer charge you because they have access only to the closed account. In this particular instance, you had over 1,800 days to do that? You didn't mention if you did that, so I assume you did not or you wouldn't still be charged. Yes, we must certainly point fingers at people who we believe are taking advantage of us, but you have to take responsibility too as a consumer. In court, what will their lawyer say to the jury? That you had 1,800 days to stop the company from charging you, and yet did not cancel your card or bank account as "any responsible citizen would"? Financial responsibility is one of this country's biggest issues, and the one that gets the consumer in the deepest water. From one consumer to another, close those bloody accounts! Not one more day should go by without you taking that action. As for finding help with a lawsuit, just open the yellowpages -- there are a multitude of ambulance-chasers out there for you, but my suggestion? Go see the District Attorney. It would be a lot more helpful to a civil lawsuit (I think) to have the company also under investigation for criminal activity (assuming they had done anything illegal). Responsibility. Take it. You are the only one who can.
