Prodidy Capital misrepresents themselves as an "an international private equity and investment banking firm". They are not regulated by any regulating body, securities comission or other. Prodigy Capital entices young companies to work with their "network" to go public via RTO and then once you're public stops supporting the deal and cashes out.
They're known to charge crazy fees and take a large portion of your company for referring you to others that want a large portion of your company and fees. If you want to be ripped off at a time where your company is most vulnerable, call these guys!
