PCDI: School Of Paralegal Studies Professinal Career Development Institute ripoff Fraud, poor customer service Norcross Georgia
I have attened PCDI's The School of Paralegal Studies for a little under a year. I have had nothing but problems with this school. My shipments came late which threw off my goal of completing the course in 6 months, they harrassed me about a payment but I paid the tuition up front and in full. I realized something with this school though, they are very hard to get a hold of when you
have a question but as soon they suspect they are missing money you can't get them to leave you alone. I was in the United States Navy and I was depending on this Paralegal Certificate... I am still waiting to receive it and I completed the course in April here it is almost the end of May. I finally was able to talk to a real person today who told me "We are sorry there was a computer error, you will receive it within 30 days" Hello people I was discharged from the Navy and need to execute my plan B and I can't why? BECAUSE OF A COMPUTER ERROR!!! Oh and another thing my second shipment of answers that I sent them how's this they lost them. I am so done with PCDI now they are trying to charge me 42.00 dollars for another course (Civil Litigation) that they offered me to take for free. I am really starting to wonder if this d**n certificate really helps to begin with does anyone actually obtain a position as an entry level paralegal after taking the course?
