Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We sent 5 dollars to this company to begin enrollment for my wife in pharmacy school. They said this course would aid her in becoming a pharmacy tech. At about the same time we found out that their program is not recognized in Oklahoma and is basically worthless. We responded to them in writing and via the phone shortly after getting their first bill. Each phone contact was with the registration department.

They gave me at various times 4 different numbers to call, none of them working numbers. We have been contacted by them that since the time has ran out we would charged a penalty fee of 85 dollars as explained in the enrollment contract. we have not recieved the enrollment contract to this date. The point is we have made every effort to contact these people prior to the time expressed. We have not recieved any of their goods promised and do not intend to pay 85 dollars.

Additionally the last time we called in Mid December the lady was extremely rude. When asked why my wife was not interested in their program I explained and was told that well my wife is a stupid b***h. Exact words, she additionally stated no matter what we have to do we will get the money from you. I am extremely upset about this and decided to enter a complaint prior to consulting a lawyer. My contention is why do not owe them anything in fact if anything they owe us 5 dollars and an apology for the rather rude treatment.

I do agree about doing the research part, however this company was rude as to referring to my wife as a stupid witch put a B where the w goes. This is not good business. This company needs to be taken down a peg and its advertising is false also. The person writing the rebuttal did so three times and is an employee of that company

Times like above are when ....you really need to do your "homework" before enrolling. Understand what you are enrolling in, read the contract carefully.....even if you signed up online there is a very detailed contract specifying the terms. It is important to find out if your employer, state, or approving board accepts such program BEFORE you enroll. I have read so many reports on companies, where is is not the companies fault, it is the consumer not doing what they need to do to protect themselves. No I am not an employee of PCDI.....but I am very familiar with distant learning schools, after reading their websites, and contracts.
