Hi Maria, "Kumusta na?" I've heard so many fishy things about this company. You can contact the U.S. Department of Labor and USCIS to report these unlawful doings. Concerned "kababayan"

Do a search for the Labor Board in your area (Pennsylvania). If they can't help you, they can send you to the correct Government agency. I suggest you do this ASAP. Good luck.

I sent him this rip off report so he can air his side. He said he is working with his accountant to come up with the total amount due, and he will send me the money as soon as possible. I called him 100 times a day since then and faxed him collection messages for him to send me even $1,000 before end of the month to pay my car payment and citi financial, who already sent me a letter that they will sue me this Friday. But my calling him and faxing him, he got pissed off and he said he will not pay me at all. He challenged me that he will 'play' this game. To him, this is just a game but to me, it's life and death. I have a heart condition, and i told him that if i die because of this, i make sure that he will not hurt anyone else. I do not know if calling FBI will solve this (besides,I don't know how to contact them) I only need my salary so I can pay my debts. Please help me collect from this man.

This b*****d belongs in jail. A phone call or two will place him there. We have laws against slavery in this country. Be careful Maria. Right now it is only money he is stealing from you. Power trippers like this often want much more. Take care of yourself girl. This guy is scum.

This company may hold your work visa and may have sponsored you, but it does not give them the right to not pay you! Contact the labor board in the state where you are employed and advise them of the problem. If they cannot help you directly, they can get you to the correct agency. Good luck.
