Rude dispatchers corupt managers corupt hr dept always looking for a way to blame the driver nothing is ever their fault i had 3 managers quit in les than a month because the company was so bad they refused to stay .the company is a revolving door they cant keep people high turn over. My manager in cleve ohio is so corupt she has her favorite drivers they have a click if you arent in it they try to make you so misrable you will want to quit! And her boss is even worse! and when you call hr to complain about it they are even worse! the company is run by a good ole boy network out of indiana . and if u call them to complain they black ball u. I left that nasty company to go to cdl truck driving school good riddins they left a bad taste in my mouth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if you work for them you be sorry!!!!!!!!!!!!

When a company beat down the employees they need the most in order to survive, corrupt is being to nice! The manager in our Branch has half his family members on pay roll! He will fire a good driver to make room for a family member or friend of the family!
One of his friend went around a school bus with flashing red lights and the stop signs out, that's a state safety violation! He had no respect for the lives of the Children loading and unloading the BUS! The state of course sent PTI the traffic ticket, the company paid it and the only thing the manager had the driver do, make a payment plan and pay the money back.
This was the Managers friend any other driver would've been suspended or fired on the spot. When the Union came the Manager was very upset about that. The drivers welcome the Union, but, shortly after that the Manager start firing drivers for anything, Drivers that had joined the Union. I understand that's suppose to be against the LAW. My question, How is PTI getting away with firing drivers because they joined the Union?
This same punishes drivers over and over for the same so called offense, the law calls that double jeopardy, that's corrupt! The Superintendent of the Railroad gave me a Walmart gift card and said how much they appreciate me going above and beyond the call of duty to take of their crews and PTI Manager go out his way to make my life hell on the job, yes, pti is very corrupt!
I've read posts from drivers all around the U.S. and many of them are saying the same thing, corrupt, corrupt, and corrupt! This company violates many laws and I bet a very good lawyer could reach out to these drivers and have enough proof to get this company set straight. A good lawsuite will make them obey the laws or run them out of Business. Most of their drivers are Senior Citizen on fixed income trying to make ends meet! Is there anyone out there willing to give PTI a Wake Up CALL!!!
You could make A very good name for yourself, One day keep living we all will be Seniors! End the Corruption!!!
