I signed up for a 30-day trial of the product online but did not receive the product at all but got charged $87.73 after 14-days. I called the company on 9/8/2014 and asked why. They informed me that it is because I didn't cancel within 14 days. How can I cancel a product I never received in the first place? So I canceled the subscription and in return they will send me a replacement for the product I didn't receive but was charged for. Up to this date, I have had numerous phone calls on 9/12 (Vanessa), 9/18 (Cece & Amy), 10/2 (Amy - supervisor) & 10/3 (Amy - supervisor) with this company and still "No Product Received". This company is a scam and should not be trusted. BTW - I constantly received packages at my home address without a problem. Why is it that when it's from this company, it doesn't seem to make it to my doorsteps? SCAM
