PROJECTOR EXPORT WARNING, NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!! New York New York
I was wary when, after placing my order, I was asked to call to verify for "security reasons". I have seen this tactic used before as bait and switch or to hard sell additional merchandise. To verify I had to call 3 times, was on hold for a lest 30 minutes and was disconnected when twice when, after giving someone my order number, they tried to transfer me to sales. They are NOT a customer oriented company!!!
Many issues: 1) A "NEW" SHARP LCD (as per website) was in fact "REFURBISHED" (as per invoice and upon opening - not originally packed) 2) Any time you need to reach customer service it takes time (a lot of time!!!! - TRY IT) 3) Few people (it seems) can make any concrete decition - often you are passed from person to person 4) It has been over a month as I am trying to get reimbursed for the TV. You will make your own decisions - good luck!!!
MY EXPERIENCE WITH PROJECTOR EXPORT WAS HORRIDE. PROJECTOR EXPORT IS NOT A RESPONSIBLE COMPANY, AND THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
This company should be avoided. They sell items that aren't in stock, and leave you hanging for who knows how long. I wish I had read reviews about them before making a purchase
