Ordered from Projector Lamp Express on 4-29-09. The "online operator" confirmed that item was instock. Ordered and paid extra for 2 day shipping. The next day, I had no email confirmation, so I tried to call. Surprise...only got a recording saying "mailbox full". This went on for a week. The following week, there was only a message saying, "temporarily disconnected". The next week, recording said to hold for operator - after 5 minutes of holding - transferred to voicemail. Never answered the phones or many emails. I do not believe this is a real company. Had to get my credit card company involved. Do not order from Projector Lamp Express !!!
