I didn't threaten to blow anyones brains out because I'm not stupid to do business with this clown I exposed him and he can't stand it visit www.mp3songplays.com for the program it costs $35 and get unlimited everything at your own expense look at his rebuttal "what program i use is irrelevant" really if i was a "client" that is very relevant to know that my plays my followers are all fake including the twitter accounts everything.

I do social media promotions . I offer a 45 day ,100% money back gurantee . I'm also one man with no staff .

The tools I use are of no concern to this complaint . How much the tools cost is irrelevant too .I dont get peoples accounts banned , not even his .

This story revolves around one mans impatience and anothers mistake .

This Client ordered twitter followers from me in mid june . He called me late july to tell me he had 
lost  maybe ten thousand of them , nearly 40 days after his order .This is ALOT to lose and doesnt happen often . I told him I would reload his account with followers , no problem . This is normal procedure if someone gets unfollowed en masse .
I promptly forgot the conversation , and did not immediately add his followers as I was readying for a vacation of 2 weeks . I made a mistake . Simple .

I wen't on my vacation and He called me at least 10 times to tell me what a scumbag and ripoff I was . I explained each time I dont have access to my work , and that I would try and get him done while i was away , but that , if he would be patient , I would handle it as soon as I was home .Our last conversation while I was gone , I explained that I could not help him until I got back .He was livid , and cursed me out while my wife and kids had lunch .I had to hang up on him . Twice .

I told him stop Calling me , Ill be back on the 12 or 13th of august and would handle it then.
I arrived back home on the 13th , looked up his job , reimbursed his account by the original numbers , and added 5000 more , just for his trouble . I sent the client an email and an apology , and informed him  that we overdelivered him nicely . My job was complete .

Fast forward to sunday the 9th of september . Client calls me from his new jersey number and cursed me out , told me he was reporting me to fbi , the police , and just about evreyone he could think of , then hung up on me before i could say a word .

I thought nothing of it .
2 hours later , He calls again , this time from a blocked number . 
He told me that I was a scammer , ripoff and so forth , then exclaimed "Im gonna look up your IP address , and blow your f**king brains out !" Then he hung up before I could reply .

I take pride in my customer service , and I have an ability to listen to them and come up with solutions to make them happy again . I rarely ever have to resort to refunds .When I do , I dont hesitate to issue them wether its a $17 job like this client , or a $2000 datpiff or twitter package .

I cant make them all happy , and this gentleman proves it .
