I ordered some very nice workout clothing from Protokolosportswear.com ("PS").  Nice designs, good fabric.  I checked the size chart and I would take a Large for the bottoms and a Medium for the tops.  Each piece was rather expensive; 7 pieces for $339 and some change - no shipping as I spent enough to not pay it.

I received the items - beautiful, but struggled to get into it.  I Googled Protokolo Sportswear ("PS") and on www.sandiegofit.com found a multitude of fitness wear makers, one of them being Protokolo.  They had different size charts for each maker.  Protokolo's size chart on San Diego Fitness was a full 4 inches different from the size chart on protokolosportswear.com.

I copied San Diego's chart and sent it to PS, telling them that their current size chart made their site a total scam.  That I was furious that I now had to return everything when I never would have bought it in the first place.  PS's largest size is 6 inches smaller than I am.

I received no reply.  I went on PS's site to check out the do's and don'ts for returns.  I looked at the size chart again and lo and behold it had been replaced with the one I sent her.  I sent another e-mail saying that it was good that she put an accurate size chart on her site, but that she could have said "thank you" or offered me something for helping her out.  Still no reply.

I returned everything with tags, each item folded in each plastic bag.  I included a letter requesting my refund and that since I ordered based on an inaccurate size chart, I did not expect to pay the 5% reshelving fee, nor did I want a store credit as nothing would fit.  I sent it UPS.

She returned everything with a note saying "This return is unacceptable.  Not one of the items was returned in the condition in which it was sent."  I have since sent an e-mail asking what that means as it had tags and bags, which is basically what her return demands are.  Again, I have received no response.
