Providian/Emerge ripoff, Providian sold my debt to Emerge, who cancelled card, and are now threatening me. ripoff Columbus Georgia
I had a Providian Master Card. They kept increassing my credit. After two years, I received a letter saying Emerge was taking over Providian. Then got another letter cancelling my account. Now 2 years later, threatening me to make payments, and adding $35.00 for over limit every month. How can I pay overlimit, when I don't own the card?
