Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My mother passed away beginning of July 2015.  I found her Prudential Reliance Account and googled them to find a phone number. I couldn't find them so I called a Prudential Alliance...apparently the court paper had a typo.

I called 8/1/2017 and the man was really really rude.    I asked the man 4 times "Is this Prudential Reliance", he responded "This is Prudential Alliance".  I asked this 4 times with the same robot cold response.  I finally said, I believe I am enunciating my words, I am saying two different words  "Reliance" and "Alliance".  He was horrible.

I called again 8/2 to find a complaint.  I found out they will not allow me to upload the death certificate nor the will to verify who I am and that I am the executor of the estate.  They are sending me a letter of instructions via USPS, which I found out today can be downloaded from their website.  Everything has to be snail mail.  They are thieves and want to hold on to the money that does not belong to them.

I called Prudential company to find out if they are associated with Prudential Alliance.  She transferred me to the same idiots.  I have given the proper documents to all other companies that my mother has had for claims with no problems or hassels.

Today is 8/7/2017 I called again with the same generic responses, "We don't do email you have to send things via snail mail...if it gets lost oh well"  and they still have my mothers money.  They will NOT allow me to speak to a supervisor!!! Every agent either leaves out pertainent information or gives wrong information what is required.

The FCC or some authorized agency needs to investigate these people. This is 2017, if the USAA bank, Armed forces bank, IRS and other banks do email and computer documents...something is wrong with Prudential Alliance and they need to be investigated.  It's hard enough when someone passes to deal with this type of company.

Please file a FCC or proper authority complaint!

I send all the required documents to Prudential alliance and spent $23 for USPS second day express.  They received it today at the post office 9-14-2017 at 8:30am and their office is closed and the package is still sitting there at the post office.

I called Rashida 877-255-4262 at 7:43am and told her. She is supposed to be a supervisor and called the back office and said she would call me right back when she finds out if they got the package.  I called again at 4:26pm MST and spoke to an agent to was talking to Rashida..she said she emailed the back office and got no respond.

OMG these people are not FDIC insured and are rip offs.  Something needs to be done to stop these people.  I googled and found over 100 + complaints on this "Retained asset account", that my now deceased father left to my mother, who is now deceased.

I will file complaints all the way to the Pittsburgh, PA DA and on up the government ladder.

typo in date...
