i finally gave in and downloaded and printed new packet n sent it urgent mail today the ziocode on the internet and on their paperwork is incorrecst usps informed me that zipcode is not valid so i called n was placed on hold for hr only to ask for correct zipcode and informed  they need to fix problem well over a month now and no pay this is so wrong struggling everyday

as of 1-5-13 robin fetter from public partnership finally returned my email after months of trying to contact ppl she gave me id number n consumers id she put me into system tht morning i was able to log in and view timesheets after resubmitting them my pay should be in my acct tommorow now they lowered my pay from 11.00 to 10.50 and two weeks pay still pending but they paid me mosy of my money so i will update once money is in my acct tommorow morning so if this helps contct [email protected] so far so good

so ive sent my new welcome packet again by express mail and requiring signature I called usps to find out if they received it and person who signed for it so i finally get a email back from [email protected] it never was rsetter ppl gave me wrong email then ppl zipcode for wilkes barre pa is incorrect in all their paperwork as well as online so i finally decided i would take a trip to my old company which is homemaker services in philadelphia i requested a letter stating my file was sent to ppl back in december i met with sreve young im waiting on that letter by mail also mrs robin setter from ppl finally emailed me nack not a personal email bit a general ine fwd to all workers tht havent got paid and it said for us to contacy cs-

[email protected] which is the office of long term living and also provided me a number for them which jas a recording directing us back to ppl amd asling we download the new hire packet and send it out yo a different address out in harrisbur,pa these people are full of s**t they need to be shut down no pay since december they owe me to checks im a songle mothrr of four and strugglin because ppl wont pay me what im owed if anyone else has any info please post im running out if options im very frustrated ive made complaints against ppl and still nothong even filed with dept of labor a wage complaint ppl is a disgrace
