Recently I called the Pueblo Bonito-Mazatlan to bank my timeshare week and they informed me that my account had been canceled due to lack of payments on my annual maintenance fee ever. I said this was strange since I have been paying them and/or the Concord Servicing Corporation -their designated payment office - for over 20 years and have visited the resort (it is a great resort) many times and have banked time with RCI from this resort for 20 years.

Tha accountant said there was an accounting error (for the past twenty years) and no payments have ever been recieved and hung up. Nice way to treat a 20 year (at least I thought I was) customer.

The Concord Servicing Corporation in Phoenix is of course hard to get a hold of and does not have a two way web site. I spent over an half hour on their website and kept geting errors and re directioned to other "pretty" marketing sites. They appear to be heavily involved as a collection agency.

I see that they appear in this site and would like to know who else is having trouble with either Pueblo Bonito or the Concord Servicing Corporation. Perhaps I should ask them for my 20 years of time share maintenance fees back since the resort doesn't appear to have received the money. Anyone intrested in collection from a collection agency?

I've spent a lot of money and i was scammed by other companies trying to cancel my timeshare.

My advice is that if you're going to hire a company to help you with the problem, DO NOT PAY ANYTHING UPFRONT, because it use to be a fraud.

I did a research on internet and i found some interesting articles, i recommend you to read this one:

If you have been making payments for 20 years, you should be able to provide bank statements, copies of checks, or copies of credit card statements.  If you timely made payment, then your account should be reinstated.

My husband and I bought a timeshare at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach n May 2012. WE are so ashamed that we fell for this deceitful sales practice. Cyndi Johnson sales representative professional liar completely took us for fools so embarrassed. She told us the usual, we bought what we thought was a 1 bedroom for a high week for 18,000 less the cost of our time share that they were going to buy from us leaving us owing 5,000 something and payments for the next 3 years. Supposedly 4 bonus weeks and no maintenance fee unless we use the week. We however signed papaerwork for entirely something else. When we questined her on this she told us this was an old contract and that we had addendums stating the benefits she sold to us. When we got home I started looking over the papaerwork again and tried calling to see if we could use the bonus weeks like she said and basicaly got laughed at. Treid communicating with Cyndi Johnson and she told us we were confused she would have the addendums sent to us. Never to be heard from again. The whole presentation was a scam. We ended up with a syudio, 50 points bi annually weeks 1-50. When we asked why we ever give up what we had week 52, 2 bedrooms, annually she never responded. Of course they had no plans to sell our timeshare again another lie. If anyone has any advice please feel free to respond. We will not go down without a fight. We are working now with Mexican Timeshare Solutions, we are also looking into PROFECO and will continue to haunt them

"Pressured" into buying a Timeshare at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort and Spa. My husband and I were on vacation in Cabo San Lucas for our wedding anniversary in 2006. We attended a timesahare presentation and we were subjected to a high pressure, and very convincing presentation, by a salesman called COREY LOWE. We felt manipulated in believing that we were making a great financial investment even after we expressed to Mr. Lowe that we already had a Timeshare and we were in no postion financially to purchase another Timeshare. We were told that we had to make a decision as we would not be able to purchase at this price in the future or execute the contract at a later date without traveling back to Mexico to sign the necessary paperwork. Seeing that we were stll hesitant, Mr. Lowe decided to show usaround the resort by pointing out the amenities such as the spa, restaunrants, pools and floor plans. After the tour, we were escorted once again to the patio where the high pressure presentation began. After being pitched to for over, Lowe assured us that we were making a sound financial decision and stated that we wpuld be missing out on a a chance of a lifetime because Cabo San Lucas is the most popular destination to vacation in the world and that not only could we rent our unit for a sustancial fee we would have no problem renting it out because there is a waiting list for Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. I have numerour times tried to rent and sell my Timeshare. In desperation of getting out of this contract payed listing companies (companies that Mr. Lowe said are the best) who promised us they could help us, only to find that they too were scamming us. This purchase has cuased us financial hardship and no longer are we able to pya the maintenance fees. If someone have information about this business, please contact me back, I will appreciate it. Vig.
