Pulte Homes Service Manager Ripped Off. Albuquerque New Mexico
Hired to do one job but got quite another. Lying to customs is a required practice to maintain employment. I was hired to be a Service Manager which should make the process better but the service managers are used to buffer the construction workmanship.
The Vice- President of construction runs the Service Managers. Why? Because the Service Manager is to give a feeling to the buyer that they have someone on their team; but do they? Not if the construction team can fire them they don't.
They put me to work from sun-up to sun-down and don't talk to the home owners I was told. When I asked why. You will end up telling them too much that they don't need to know was the answer.
They cheated me out of hundreds of hours by getting this Service Manager to agree to become a Punch Man (Repair Man) and complete the homes the Sub-Contractors would not complete or not enough time to complete.
If you buy a new Pulte Home expect the contractors to contunue to come into your home to complete work month after month. Open work orders is the normal process to complete the construction after you have moved in. Three of the last four home I worked on didn't even have C of O City approval for customer to move in.
