I would just like to let someone at Pulte know about the condition on my home and how disgusted and embarrassed we are to live in a $150,000 that was built six years ago and can look so bad due to the poor quality in materials and workmanship. We know we will not hear back from you but we will give you a chance to respond We have put together a PowerPoint presentation with pictures of our home and would like to send them to you could you please send me a addressee so I can send it.

I do not believe I will get a response and that is fine that will prove to me what kind of company you are and how you take care of your customers.

One other thing you may consider me and my wife both come from large families 7 and 8 and each one of them have family`s I also work for a major company and so does my wife so you can see if I start bad mouthing your company here in San Antonio and through my travels with my company I think I can make a difference in your home sales not to mention when I send my presentation to the media here in San Antonio you know there is always a T.V. Station willing to show the type of quality and poor material you have used to build houses in this neighborhood.

Hmmmm...this sounds all too familiar!! Blame the owner and when that fails, blame him/her some more! I've heard it many times from the automakers....blame the owner for lack of maintenance and then never cover anything that is supposedly under warranty!! Corporations like Pulte....as well as automakers like Toyota, Chrysler, and others.....are going way beyond being unethical when they shut out their customers from warranty claims!! Just as with Toyota, the problems are inherent in the product itself and not the fault of the owner!! Wise up, Pulte.....neglecting your customers isn't going to do you any good in the long run. As a matter of fact, you might not like it when "what goes 'round, comes 'round." Be prepared for the customer backlash!! What is the problem with big, overgrown corporations? They get careless and let the power go to their heads! The walls of the Pulte homes might come crashing down sooner than a homeowner would like, but the foundations of the corporations in question may just crumble more quickly than you can bat an eye!! If I were you, Pulte, Toyota, Chrysler, etc., I'd be looking around to see what my customers are saying....many of them are not going to give up!!

We have reviewed the pictures that you provided and performed a visual inspection of your residence. In addition, after meeting with you on the evening of May the 13.2003 to further discuss your request for service, Pulte Homes is of the opinion that proper routine maintenance was not performed on your home. The result of which has been the deterioration of your exterior wood trim. Under the guidelines of the Pulte Protection Plan, any defect in trim, caulk, or paint is warranted for one year from the date of closing. At this time Pulte Homes is declining your request to replace, repair,or repaint any of the exterior trim or siding on your home. As I offered to you earlier, we are willing to re-work the noted sheetrock repairs and attempt to better match the paint on these repairs inside your home. Please let me know if you would like for us to proceeded with these repairs and we will schedule them at your earliest convenience. My Response to Pulte will be as follows Pulte states that we have not maintained our home we have a receipt dated 10/19/00 where pulte sent a crew to make repairs on the exterior of our home that were never done correct at that time after Pulte had some of the repairs made we agreed that me and my wife (Ruben & Annette Rodriguez) would again have Pulte's crew repaint our home and re-caulk and make other repairs Pulte agreed to this that was exactly 2 1/2 years after purchasing or home so you can see Mr.Pulte your repair work on our home was never done to our satisfaction and at the time of your repairs we had to step in and spend money out of our pockets to get the job done right. As for the deterioration of all the exterior around our home with your crews doing the work, we believe Pulte used poor workmanship and material because we had maintained our home as stated in the Pulte manual.
