Pure solar now 10000 dollar system broke after 1 year, no one picks up phone! Phoenix Arizona
we were lied to by the sale rep that said we would get fed and state rebates, not credits, then after a year the solar collector leaks all over my metal roof slowly to the point where i dont really notice it and it makes my roof rot under the panel. Then i hook up the lower element in the electric tank since it has been unhooked since installation and now we have no solar heat due the solar collector leaking, and the element burns up after only a few months. Pure junk and no one will return my calls! 10000 dollars of pure junk and all of it came out of my of my pocket due to the lies of the sales people. We need to start a class action lawsuit against these companies!

The installers are also known as home tec international and king carey was the sales rep who straight up lied about the money we would be getting back from the government. Also just so people know about solar hot water and savings, its a crock of crap! You have to do dishes and shower in the late morning to middle of the day otherwise the electric kicks in and heats the water. Sure it looks great on paper but Imagine taking a shower at night, how does the sun heat the water if the sun is down? It doesnt, the electric does so it has minimal savings for maintaining the water temperature throughout the day (when its not being used) instead of electricity. Pure bs!
