This company is such a scam! When I telephoned the local "ABC News" station in California, I was informed that this company Noni-Juice-Plus had actually been the ones that called the "news" station and asked them to do a short story on their "noni juice." I don't consider that anything worthy of a legitimate "story" or company! This was just a marketing ploy!

Ridiculous

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

I am the owner and founder of NJP Products, Inc.  I formed NJP Products
from the ground up and never bought the company from anyone else.
Futhermore, this "Bernie" is in Japan???  A little far from California
where we have been located since our inception.  This is a post from
someone without merit and too much time on their hands.  Everything
"Bernie" wrote is a blatant lie. If you look at the post from this "Bernie" from over 5 years ago, they attack us from the standpoint of a consumer.  These sites that allow anyone to blurt out any ridiculous statements they wish without every verifying the validity of the author's content degrades the whole idea about notifying people of real scams.  It hurts honest businesses and dilutes the validity of the reports that are placed on here.

NJP Products - Former owner, Bernie, admits Noni Juice was in fact a scam. Bernie feels "Very bad" about all the people he scammed with the false advertising lies about the "Health benefits" of Noni.

Hello,

This is Bernie, (Burbsville - Japan)

I wrote a horrible, nasty comment about "Ronald" of New York City saying that NJP Products selling Noni Juice was not true. I'm sorry, but I lied. However, I do have a reason: At that time, I was the owner of NJP Products, and selling Noni Juice was how I made my living.

Since that time that I wrote that mean comment, I have sold NJP Products. I sold the company because I did discover that Noni Juice really has no value whatsoever to help anyone or anything!

As a matter of fact, the FDA says it best:
"These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease."

I guess you could say I've turned over a new leaf now, and decided to do the honest thing and come clean with the fact that the Noni Juice I was selling was a ripoff. And, as I said, I do feel very bad about all of the people I took advantage of.

What happened to NJP Products you ask? Well, my company was not that big at all, and I just sold the rest of the Noni Juice stock I had on hand to another Noni Juice company that does not care if they are lying to people about the "health benefits" of Noni Juice. I suppose they can go on cheating the public, but I had to wash my hands of this bold face lie that Noni Juice helps people feel better. It's not true, and I'm very sorry for all of the lies that I told.

Reading between the lines on these rediculous comments

#4REBUTTAL Owner of company

In the noni juice industry there is a very large company called Tahitian Noni International (of which we have no affiliation). This company utilizes independent distributors. The main company itself is a very reputable, stand up company, some of their distributors however, have very little integrity. Such as the one that wrote this rediculous report against us. For example, the person who wrote this mindless attack is obviously not a good samaritan interested in righting all the wrongs on the planet. They are purposely attacking us with an agenda. What is that agenda? This person is most likely one of these independent noni juice sales people who went to a multi-level marketing seminar and was convinced that they would make $1000's of dollars per month, in their spare time (we have all heard these types of gimmicks on t.v. and radio ads). They then got involved in the selling of noni from the trunk of their car and quickly found out that not every person is cut out to be an MLM saleperson and the monthly supply they are obligated to buy begins to stack up. Many of these failing salespeople then turn to the internet to see what successful companies have done (such as ourselves). Many of these disgruntled failures go to our site and try to pick it apart. For example, this person who claims to have called ABC news to inquire about this story about us.... Try calling a news station and ask them about a story they ran nearly 4 years ago, you would be hard pressed to find the right person, little lone have that person remember the details on a story from so long ago. Preposterous! Also, if we were to have falsely advertised anything about the story that was aired on our company, ABC news would surely pursue us with legal action. If you want the real scoop on NJP Products, Inc, go to the Better Business Bureau and look up our company. You will find that there has never been one negative report on us in our history. Furthermore, you will see that none of these MLM salespeople are members of the BBB because being involved in an MLM disqualifies a person or company to be a BBB member, (interesting, huh?). Now that we have cleared that up, how about we check out the validity of the person who wrote this attack. Oops, you can't. That's because the person who wrote this is most likely the same person who wrote the other negative publicity about us and they do not have the constitution to identify their true identity with an address, phone number, email, NOTHING! This person is hiding behind a computer and launching absolute fabrications of the truth, else, they would proudly given contact information on themselves so they could continue to propogate their lies about us. They don't give this information because they are telling lies (that we can prove) and we would most certainly pursue legal action for defamation of character, however, they continue to hide. Anyone with any question, comments or concerns about NJP Products can contact us anytime.

Either that or you don't know what you're talking about! You call it 'Noni-Juice-Plus'...there's no such thing! There is NONI JUICE, and there is JUICE PLUS. They are two completely DIFFERENT companies and products! I'm not sure who you are trying to flame here, either Noni or Juice Plus (marketed by NSA). Flaming Juice Plus I can understand, as their products are starting to gain notoriety for making false claims with no ingredients or FDA% on their labels. Personally, I hope the US government hits NSA so hard that Juice Plus will be heavily regulated - and before anyone tries to pull me on this, the 'excipients' that Juice Plus uses to 'bind the product to your blood cells' is a dangerous toxin. It cannot be removed by the human body and over time, builds up, clogging arteries, veins and vital organs. There is NO WAY to remove these excipients. Tahitian Noni Juice is just that - pure 100% juice with nothing added except grape extract and juice for flavouring.
