DEAR CONSUMER Simple suggestion: CALL YOUR BANK AND CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD. DONT LET THEM ISSUE YOU ONE WITH THE SAME CREDIT CARD NUMBER BUT UPDATED EXPIRATION DATE... GET A NEW NUMBER. If you have any charges that have not been refunded them charge them back. You have been better than most people out there by contacting the company but they are taking advantage of you and its time to hit them where it hurts... with a chargeback.
