Quality Boston Puppies for Sale Cute Boston Puppies for Sale, Boston Puppies Club for Sale they promised to ship a puppy called Cinnamon for $654 VA Richmond
I contacted Quality Boston Puppies for Sale. They advertise puppies for $654, with free shipping. I wanted a brown and white female puppy named Cinnamon. The man, who calls himself JAMES WYNCHESTER, said he is sponsored by Catholic Charities. He said they are in Blacksburg VA.
He was very friendly and seemed sincere. He instructed me to send the money Western Union to his name, Blacksburg VA 24063. I did that on Friday Novermber 23, 2018. He texted "I promise you will not be disappointed".
He sent what appeared to be an airline ticket for the puppy, to be shipped to me in Jacksonville, Florida on Saturday, November 24, 2018. It was to fly out at 4:40 p.m. and arrive in Jacksonville at 9:05 p.m. At 4:30 p.m. I received an URGENT EMAIL from the alleged shipper, [email protected], telling me I had to send $1300 for refundable flight insurance. I replied that I didn't have $1300 and that my insurance would cover the puppy since I had paid for her. I nver heard back from them.
I tried reaching JAMES WYNCHESTER AT QUALITY BSOTON PUPPIES FOR SALE but he would not speak with me and has blocked my number. I called the BLACKSBURG POLICE DEPARTMENT spoke with Officer Rose. She said that since I live in Georgia I have to file a report with my local Police Department. She did take the information I had on JAMES WYNCHESTER and QUALITY BOSTON PUPPIES FOR SALE. She called me back and stated that a fellow police officer had a similar case a month ago. In this case the address the victim had on JAMES WYNCHESTER was an elderly couple who had no idea what the officer was talking about. I'm filing a police report with GLYNN COUNTY POLICE this morning. I plan to drive to BLACKSBURG, VA this week to hunt this man down.
Officer Rose advised me not to pursue this man, but I won't let this go. The puppy is still advertised for sale on his website.

I filed a complaint with my local Police Department, and the Better Business Bureau. I also filed a complaint with Ic3.gov, which is the FBI's internet fraud investigative group. They are still using the same MO, puppies are 50% off, FREE shipping, sponsored by Catholic Charities, etc.
They've changed some puppy pictures and have a slightly different cellphone number but it is still them. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! Thank you.
