I would like to add to report # 442735 : I went the next step /called back to get another assisngment from the 1-888-832-1124 / Michael Richards was my contact. I was sent two check NEXT DAY AIR UPS/ from Canada

I received two envelopes in the UPS mailer / one was marked "A" and the other marked "B"
"A" had a check for $2860.00
I was told to go to a Money Gram in a Wal MArt store / pick any name and send $2710.00 to London, Ontario Canada.( plus Money Gram charges. There was a "Customer Satisfaction Evaluation Tool " ( CSET) I filled that out and sent a copy with my written report
"B" had a check for $3200.00
This time I was told to go to a Western Union at a K-Mart
The only K-Mart in my area that had a Western Union station , the station was not in operation. Called my contact / told him of the situation. He called me back 10 minutes later with an address for a Bashas' Food Store. I was to send $2965.00 / plus Western Union charges to: Richard Woods Woodbridge Canada.
To this day I have not had any help form anyone to get my money back / cashed the check / they checks came back to my account as insufficient funds / the bank took money from my account to cover the checks.
1-213-455-7987: some one answeres in the morning / they promise me this John Martin will call me back / haven't heard from him.
1-888-832-1124: now answered by a Luke / he is in Mexico selling puppies he has never seen or knows nothing about. He say people call order the puppy / the sell price is $1000.00 per puppy. Peolple use MOney Gram and Western Union to send money for the puppy !!! He does know this John Martin and of the company Quality Consumer Research> I asked how HE reached John Martin / Luke responded the 213 number / would not give me the rest of the number.
You would think MOney Gram and Western Union would want to resolve this problem.
I have also filed a complain with : ic3.gov
Federal Trade commission
In Canada:recol.ca/ filed a claim with them because all of the money ended up in Canada / Canad says this is NOT their problem.
