Quality First Estate Sales Watch Out for This Guy if You Want Customer Service and Peace of Mind! ripoff San Francisco California
Guy Thomas, Quality First Estate Sales was hired by me to handle the sale of contents in my murdered brother's home in San Bruno, California.
Prior to the sale, I requested at least 3 times a contract. I never got one. The sale was done on 12/6/06.
I contacted Mr. Thomas after that date and asked him about the sale. He told me he did not know the amount(claims he was driving when I called.)
I called back a few more times. Finally, on 1/4/07, I spoke with him and he told me that there had been a delay because there were complications with one of the buyers. He assured me that payment and a written statement of the sale would be issued within the week.
Never happened. I have since called and paged Mr. Thomas four times and left messages requesting a return phone call. No response.
Yesterday 1/17/07, I left a message that if he did not return my call by the end of the day I would take other measures. Still no response.
He refuses to return phone calls and provide information,
He refuses to provide me any written information about the sale or status thereof,
He failed to provide me with a written contract even though I requested one.
He has money that belongs to the estate and is ignoring me. I feel like the estate is being defrauded and robbed!
In my case, my beloved brother was brutally murdered in Brazil. I had to become administrator of his estate. I am the sole person responsible for every aspect of all that follows his murder. I'm already dealing with more heartache and stress than most people can handle.
An estate liquidator needs to be responsive and professional in dealing with clients who are grieving.
If you ever are in a position to have to do an estate sale, do not call this company!
