These people appear to be incredibly incompetent. I received and invoice 7 months ago that had an insurance number that was invalid from 5 and a half years previous. Either Quest or CVS minute clinic did not submit the current insurance info that was presented at time of visit. Seriously, I have emailed them, corrected the information as they request on their website, written them with a copy of the correct insurance card, called them each month to rectify, still they keep billing under old information. At this point, it's a joke. Let it go to collections. Collections will laugh........ What's wrong with these people? At this point, I am beyond angry, all I can do truly, is laugh, and say , "WOW, really??????????"
