Maria, You can do this yourself. 1. Contact the credit card company you used. Tell them that you paid for a service that you did not recieve. They should start a process known as "charge back". After they investigate your complaint, and Quick Loan Funding does not respond, they should refund the charge back to you. 2. File a complaint with the DOC (Department of Corporations) This is the state agency that governs lenders in the state of California. You can located them on the internet. Make sure that you write a letter to the President of Quick Loan Funding to explain what you are going to do and why. 3. Go to the DRE, (Depatment of Real Estate) state of California. if this guy Ian, has a real estate license, you will be able to find his name and address there. You can file a complaint on that website about him. Stay claim, but be persistant. Money is money, and this jerk deserves your attention. The law is quite clear here...if they charged you and did not provide you with upfront information that states their refund policy...you got girl !!!!!
