Applied for a payday loan for $200.00 on 3/6/03. They never gave me the loan I applied for, but I faxed all the information they required....a payback check for $250.00, my monthly earnings, my drivers license, my SS number, my bank account information, and my most recent bank statement.
I put a stop-payment on that check, and in the process of closing my checking account and opening a new one. The costs of all this are $16.00 for faxing the documents, and $29.00 for the stop-payment fee of $29.00. I want these fees to be refunded, and all my faxed documents mailed back to me. And, in conclusion, I want to thank the people who sent rebutals, as they have helped me locate this company, and report them to the BBB, and an additional complaint to the RipOff Report site. I found them to be located in both Nevada and Utah.
