I was employed for about one month with Quorum Travel International in their Telemarketing Department. Unknowingly to me at the time, I read an untruthful script to potential buyers of Club Memberships.

Here is how this fraudulent scheme works:

Quorum Travel sends out mass mailing postcards telliing people they have won a choice of 3 vacations.

The recipient then calls a Toll Free telephone number to claim their coice of one of 3 Free vacations.

As a come-on, Quorum offers potential victim(s) a choice of 3 free vacations: 1. A free 3 night cruise for 2 persons; 2. Free round-trip airfare tickets for 2 persons, good for a travel anywhere within the Continental United States; or 7 nights and 8 days in a first class resort accomendations (for 2 persons) in a one bedroom suite.

In furtherance of the fradulent scheme, to claim one of the 3 Free vacations, the victim(s) must attend a 60-90 minute presentation. During the presentaion, Quorum Travel International attempts to sell the unsuspecting victim(s) a WORTHLESS Vacation Club Membership, for a sum anywhere between approximately $2,000 to $12,000.

It bears nothing, the above-mentioned free gift vacation, for attending said presentation, is WORTHLESS.

In the next room, adjacent to my former Phone Room, on my last day of employment, I became aware Quorum Travel International had another Phone Room just set-up selling Pots & Pans and other items.

I learned Quorum Travel International is a boilerroom operation involved in unlawful fraudulent schemes. On or about July 16, 2008, I reported Quorum Travel International to the State's Attorney's Office in W. Palm Beach as well as to the Boca Raton Police Department, and to Edward Lynch (Candidate for Congressman).

I urge all persons with any knowledge of said fraudulent scheme to contact the States Attorney's Office in W. Palm Beach, and telephone Congressman-Elect Edward Lynch at (((redacted))).

I was employed with Quorum Travel International for approximately 1 month in their Telemarketing Department. Unknowingly, my job was to read a bogus script to potential customers who called Quorum Travel International. During the presentaion, Quorum Travel International's Sales Department pressures unsuspecting victim(s) to purchase a WORTHLESS Vacation Club Membership, for a sum anywhere between approximately $2,000 to $12,000. It bears nothing, the above-mentioned Free Gift Vacation, for attending said presentation, is WORTHLESS. In another Phone Room located next to the Phone Room where I worked, I became aware Quorum Travel International was selling Pots & Pans. I learned Quorum Travel International is nothing but a boiler-room operation involved in unlawful fraudulent schemes. On July 16, 2008, I reported Quorum Travel International to the State's Attorney's Office, W. Palm Beach, and made a Complaint with the Boca Raton Police Department. I have also been speaking with Congressman-Elect Edward Lynch who took an immediate interest in this matter and contacted the proper authorites. On July 17, 2008, I received a telephone call from the Office of the State's Attorney for Palm Beach County and was advised Quorum Travel International is the subject of criminal investigations. I urge all victims and persons with knowledge of the unlawful practices of Quorum Travel International to contact the State Attorney's Office in W. Palm Beach, Florida. Out of state victims should contact the F.B.I. (Federal Bureau of Investigation) or the Office of the United States Attorney at any U.S. District Court or Federal Office Building.
