I had several calls with Qwest Salespeople and none of them disclosed all fees involved in setting up 6 lines for our business.

After receiving our first bill for over $1000 I talked with several Qwest representives and they escalated my concern to a manager that told me the same thing. Her name was Don and she said that those are legitimate charges on my bill and she apologized that the sales people I talked to didn't disclose the additional setup charges when they quoted me.

The total quote I received from Qwest salespeople was just over $500 so you can imagine my frustration when we received our first bill for over $1000. Don apologized that there wasn't anything else they could do for me and that was it.

As soon as we get VOIP installed in our office I will kiss Qwest goodbye forever. They cheat and lie to get a sale and then screw the customer in the end!!!

I understand your frustration. I am having a similar experience with Qwest in Montana. Where a rep. gave me a quote over the phone (Which for everyones info. is not allowed by Qwest Communication corp.) and the acctual bill was twice as high. My advice would be to get a hold of any better buisness practice in your area and they may be able to help. Try to stay away from the Better Buisness Beuru(?) I have heard some things about unethical buisness practices within the BBB, Because they are payed by these buisness they get complaints about.
