This Sunny guy is trying to beat around the bush with his rebuttal with his bunch of bull. When problems arise, it is impossible to reach him by phone or email. We tried to call several times for months and he does not answer phone. We did ask some other friends to call him from another phone and he did pick up his phone. He just won't pick up our phone call because he is hiding.
At that time the market was not dropping, it was rising.
Initially it was agreed that mutually the deal was only for PVC plastic. On the Purchase order contract it was for PVC plastic, not WALLPAPER. So right of the start it was wrong material to start with totally.
The loss is just not on material cost, but on shipping cost, custom fee, local trucking cost. I have tried hard to reach this guy but failed. That is why I need to go to ripoff report to do people a favor.
Anyways, I do not have the time to keep going back and forth like this. I just want to do the plastic recycling industry people a favor and help protect them and keep the moral values in the business.

This customer bought a total of 3 loads from us. The particular load they are talking about is "wall paper" and wall paper is made of either plastic or paper.
When you buy wall paper, in recycling industry you know that you are going to get a combination of both unless otherwise specified.
in this particular case we sold a load of wall paper for less than $4000 for the whole load, the customer is claiming $10,000 + which is already false. claiming that they bought lot of loads when they only bought 3 loads in total.
the market dropped in the time probably the shipment arrived to their customer and no other way to recover money they look for cheap shots for threatening customers that they will publish false claims online.
i have done multi million dollar with the claimer's brother for last several years and still doing weekly business without any problems.
