Complaint Review: R & m moving co/Keller Williams Realty - Seminole Florida

I believe  Righteous 1 is either a relative of this company or best friends. He does not know the whole story and this company and owners are nothing but problems. I was referred to Angie Morris by a person who I thought was a friend and I trusted them ( worst mistake) The BBB gives businesses great ratings as I found out that businesses get paid to play.  This company is bogus and the owner's husband had 5 prior felonies...Dealing in stolen property, burglary of a residence, marijuana charges, grand theft of a firearm and robbery against him and Ms Morris did not tell me this as I believe that she was on the take and know that I was alone and was vulnerable. This company put my belongings in their warehouse and kept them overnight. Most of my belongings were gone and they broke items and did not replace the. I was missing good clothes, a red velvet dress the I got from the Renaissance festival, clothes never worn, sweaters gone, suits gone, purses, they just came in my home and took whatever they wanted, THIS COMPANY THINKS EVERYTHING BELONGS TO THEM ONE THE CUSTOMERS BELONGINGS ARE IN THE TRUCK. I was devistated and lost mostly everything on this move. Florida is a bad state with companies like this. On city search it states the the movers broke tables, did not come back and resolve any issues, or help the customer in any way. We are in a depression in this country and this company needs to go out of business on how they treat the customer. I found out later with this company the they had a bad rating and after they moved me they bbb and angies list gave them a A rating.

SO IF MR RIGHTEOUS 1 WHO FAVORS THIS COMPANY BETTER LOOK AT HIMSELF AND I BELIEVE THAT HE IS IN CAHOOTS WITH THIS COMPANY, HE IS SIMPLE MINDED ANYWAY AND HE SHOULD LOOSE EVERYTHING HE HAS AND LIVE IN THE STREETS WITH THE MOVERS. REAL ESTATE AGENT YOU ARE NOT WITH GOD AS PEOPLE WOULD NOT DO OR SAY ANYTHING LIKE THIS. CON ARTISTS TO THE MAX. THEIR MOTTO IS" ALL FOR ME AND TO HELL WITH YOU, IT'S MINE NOW" JUST GO BACK TO THE CUSTOMERS AND SEE WHAT THIS COMPANY DID TO PEOPLE WHO JUST WERE ONLY OUT TO HAVE THEIR BELONGINGS BACK TO THEM . ROGUE MOVER OUT FOR THEMSELVES. THEY LIED ON THE POLICE REPORT. WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU ABOUT THEM, THEY HAVE NO CONSCIENCE AND NO RESPECT ABOUT OTHERS,......ALL FOR THEM AND THEM ONLY........WHEN NASTY PEOPLE BREAK ITEMS AND NOT REPLACE THEM AS THEY STATE IN CITY SEARCH THEY WOULD REPLACE, THIS TELLS THE CUSTOMER DIFINITELY WHAT TYPE OF PEOPLE THEY ARE, THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD , NOTHING BUT TALK AND BULLSH*T........

Righteous 1 you are a full fledged joke and an idiot what are you righteous about? You do not have any head of brains to fill it with,you are a low life and dispicable piece of crap, mind your own business and stay in the hell where you are. Nothing surprises me regarding my past experience with this company....There is nothing kind about this company or owners/workers that are friendly, once they get your money, business or belongings they could care less. ....Also, Angie Morris with Keller Williams Realty was in cahoots with this company as she was the only person who referred me to this moving company who I thought I could trust, never again....They lied on my report..... Look at the negative comments other people have written about this moving company,they are not in business to help the customers just to give us aggravation, frustration and take our money & belongings & lie, they do not take responsiblility or care for anyone, if anything is broken or missing they will blame it on the customer,just read the negative comments about them with other customers that they have swindled.Be on your guard during the move and have someone or other people with you that you know....Do not be alone.....as I was,never again. ..Worst experience ever in my life .....What goes around comes around, karma is coming. Anyone that notes they they did a great job for a customer is a farse or someone that they know added great comments about this company....Look at the negative comments, that will tell you what they are realy all about....The customers notes will always tell a story on what is missing and not done right, this company or people do not have the common decency to take responsibility,..... they could care less from the customer as long as they can get what they can from who they can...SNEAKY BUSINESS.....MAN AND WOMAN UP FOR YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS IF YOU HAVE ANY DECENCY, WHICH IS NEGATIVE AT THIS STAGE....F MINUS FOREVER....LOOK AT YOUR REVIEWS IN CITY SEARCH...

A heartfelt thank you for clearing up the False allegations sent by this mis-alighned person Truly I do feel sorrow for this person, they have a mental disability that causes irrational non-sensical statements to be made, aka:delusional.

I appreciate your clarity and factual statements that clean up this report.  There are far more "real" cases to respond to then the one in this persons boggled mind.

It didn't take long for someone to realize that your rantings are completely false.  The description of your move is completely untrue. When we arrived at your home it was like walking in to a fully functioning home. Nothing packed and you had to be out at a certain time due to your closing. You had a three man crew at your house not 4 or 5 men. (how are you not sure if you had 4 or 5???? makes no sense at all). You had a handyman and the proposed buyer and his realtor doing a walk through going through your condo. We packed at your request and packed around 50 boxes for you.

When we were almost through loading you found out you had a problem with your closing and could NOT unload till the next day because YOU had no where to put your items.  The truck was parked in a gated facility with security cameras. We rearranged the moves for the next morning to be able to unload you first thing. You were unloaded and everything arrived to you unharmed. Long after your move was complete you started prank calling our company all the time. You had no items that were broken or missing. At no time did anyone scream at you. YOU were directed by the police to leave US alone.

I feel you had buyers remorse on your new condo and are not happy there.

You sound like a unbalanced person with all the comments on YOUR own posts. Please stop writings things that aren't true.

Why do you write about the realtor,  mortgage holder and the mover? ALL of us did something to YOU???? Does not even make sense!!!

My prayers for mental healing go out to you. May they find a cure for this ailment , Sorry that I am not filled with venom. ...and as Adults and well informed people we are very much aware that the BBB is not the end all be all. Business's Pay to get accredited. So long as they pay the measley fee, BBB simply adds them to a list. It doesnt mean the company has ever been reviewed or that any HUMAN from BBB ever stepped foot in their business to Accredit them! If any business is scamming ..its the MISCONCEPTION people have of the BBB. They are NOT and will not be the GAUGE by which Business's receive Accurate ratings from. The Only ones that seem to contact them are people who in their mind were disgruntled.

I've got little regard for Moving companies...yet when someone comes here..opens up a claim and then   yells I am disabled!. So what???? Your Disability has ZERO bearing on this claim. This claim is about YOU being an adult and NOT getting proper information and being given accurate decision alternatives. 1: you are Free to get your mortgage with whoever YOU so choose to apply with.
2: You are free to contact a reputable moving company. 3: You are free to walk away from any deal that is not to your satisfaction.  You have choices...so use them.

The only disability I see here is not having common sense, which I should apply for disability for, for even I have made some humdinger of nonsensical post. This being one of them! *cheese*

The Better Business Bureau gave R & M Moving Company an A.... rating after the move... & a D-.... rating before the move.....
 
According to the BBB R & M Moving company does not meet BBB accredidation standards, which means: A commitment to make good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints.BBB accredited businesses must pay a fee for accredidation, review, monitoring & for support of BBB services to the public. This is not an honorable company, gave this company & A rating but issues cannot be resolved??? Obviously R & M Moving company does not want to take responsibility for anything....What is this world coming to. I know this company does not have any respect or decency to own up to anything....They should be a -F rating. Scamming the public????  Who is guarding the hen house????

FYI, R & M Moving company has 4 businesses in Pinellas County, 1 in St Pete, 2 in Seminole & 1 in Tampa,  a total of 4 businesses & live on the water, that I know of & they are ripping people off & stealing & lying &  to the customer & to the public. I was & am on disability & these people are all scammers,very unprofessional, nasty, rude, liars & prey on woman alone & should not be in business. my real estate agent, Angie Morris with Keller Williams referred me only to r & m moving co, she only referred me to 1 mover only & no others . These people should be off the streets & in jail, let them rob their own families not people paying for thier dirty & lousy services.

The company also moved the 4 clothes drawers in my home & said that they shrink wrapped them. They lied again and did not do this,there were clothes in the drawers that they took,pajamas,slips,hose,lingerie,nightgowns & other items.Took items out of the drawers, & whatever they could get.They noted to the Better Business Bureau that I did not move 45 boxes,downright lied again. They are terrible movers but great low life liars. The people in this business are downright thieves,scoundrels,manipulative,conniving liars. When they see a woman alone, they are like & are rabid dogs. They do not admit to anything,they broke & threw everything in boxes not even wrapped.My next door neighbor could not believe the mess they left me in.They are callous garbage.When you look at their website do not believe in what they print or how they look.....they are down right thieves..I will see that you get caught up until the last day of my life..What you took from me, you can rot in ***.Rat heads...What I had in my home was more than they transferred to my new condo....They packed the truck by my home, left the truck parked overnight in their....lot and brought less items back.....They lied to the police, better business bureau, to me & everyone else. This government needs to change the laws regarding companies like this who scam the people that pay them. They look like garbage anyway.

I really apprecite the RipOff report site & the information gets out to the public about these ripoff scammers & parasites. Other decent people & I work hard for our money and we do not need any more problems with these type of businesses. They are rat holes looking for another bite.
