Complaint Review: R Regnum Technologies LLC - Phoenix Arizona

A leads pilot program presented to us on 4/22/2015 and now nearly 90 days later, the promises are far from being fulfilled and the 31 members are in a complete frustrated, disoriented and confused state. Way more time has been given for the delivery of leads than was touted in the beginning presentation

*on 4/22/15 - As members of a leads  pilot program consisting of authorized 20 members...RRegnum let it grow to 31 members.

*We were promised to be the recipients of a "high-tech one of a kind" lead generation program unlike anything on the planet. RRegnum would "intercept searches for key-words in cyberspace" and deliver the searchers to our capture page.. 

*The claims were made by Gary Charlson representing RRegnum, on a recorded conference call attended by approx 20 members.

*We were told that we would receive- guaranteed 500 highly key-word targeted leads; also more likely that number would be 1,000 - 5-6,000 leads.

*Also we would have a personal website/capture page created to receive the visitors personal info. The capture pages created are very elementary and poorly designed by not fitting the pages and containing typos.. 

*Also, the capture pages were crude and gave an unprofessional appearance.

* RRegnum said the capture pages were worth $5,000.00 when in fact they were WIX beginner pages.

*There was a 5 day wait for the script to be approved.

*There was a 3 week delay in waiting for the video to be produced.

* RRegnum refused to load the "Master HD video on the capture page but used it off site on youtube to avoid the cost of bandwith charges and subjecting the visitors to a myriad of competing and distracting websites and other youtube videos.

*RRegnum made the claim that further delays were due to the FTC reviewing and approving the video... A Federal law??

*Initial promise was that the leads would be evenly divided among the 31 member using a simple lead rotator software program

*When RRegnum finally announced the commencement of the program they then said that all leads would be sent to 2 leaders for administration and disbursements as opposed to using the simple rotator software.

*Then to facilitate the disbursement of leads, RRegnum tried to use a cumbersome opt-in, free for 30 days Get Response account membership.

*RRegnum also required the return of a signed checklist containing name, address, email ect of redundant info furthering delaying the start of the program designed to lock in the signer before they ever received any leads...A vast majority of the pilot members have never received any lead(s)..

*After many people faxed or emailed the required info into RRegnum a deficiency was still generated showing names of people who had already completed the task still needed to re-submit... buying more time.

*The rules were changed from "you will receive 500 leads to 500 site visitors" .

*A screen shot was then emailed to the member showing i.e. 607 visitors with 0 leads... NOT what we were promised!

*When a few complained due to a lack of performance and asking  for a refund, They were told they could have a refund but then immediately told NO REFUNDS.

*After payments from all 31 participants were secure the daily communication ceased to sporadic emails and texts only and RRegnum became unreachable by phone to deal squarely with the complaints, questions and/or concerns.

*We were way over promised by RRegnum and severely under delivered, Facts and the terms of delivery were changed multiple times and for the majority of the members NOTHING has happened for their benefit.

Much correspondence with both Gary and his accounting dept (his wife) has now led to threats of legal action against anyone who disputes his claim of satisfactory work was provided.

In further investigation, it appears that the company name has been changed from Imperium to R Regnum Technologies and R Regnum Global and I also see the names used on the Internet by him of Ninja Internet Traffic Innovation, and Pure Leverage/Gary Charlson.
