1965 Be aware of this Rafael contractor Dallas, Garland, Plano TX
I hired this contractor to renovate my home, after agreed on the price of $12,400 and finish the job in 30 days. He started demolition the interior the first day, did not come back until 3 days later, worked just haft of day for couple days then asking for 1/3 of payment. I have no choice then gave him his payment.
Another week come by he asked for another payment over the course of 3 weeks and none of the job finish, paint job halfway done from the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Tiles every where on the floor, uneven tiles installed, unfinished wall texture. The whole house is the mess. When 30 days approaching. I asked him when the house will be done. He responded ”it will not going to be done on time”
He used my credit card to buy supply when asking for receipts he responded as lost. Make along story short this contractor is a scam, he will delay his work and milk out payment in advance, and he did a terrible job on tiles work no workmanship at all. I took a lost and let him go.
Actually he received 3/4 of the payment amount and did not finish a single room in the house.
Be aware of this contractor his name is Rafael Tovar Lopez under businesses name Rafael’s Maintenance or RT Maintenance He is not a professional contractor also he failed to provide his tax ID or SS number not sure he is a legal alien.
BE AWARE, STAY OUT OF THIS CONTRACTOR.
