Last December, this jerk purchased a brand new APC backup power supply from me on Amazon.
I advertised the item exactly as it was, with the mention of INTERNATIONAL version and the return policy prominently in three places.
Well, he tried to rip me off by saying I did not. He filed an A-Z with Amazon and then lied to them about the reason. Though he is a Registered Engineer in Louisiana, he obviously does not know English well enough to follow directions on an Amazon ad.
So, Amazon cancelled my Seller account, with held the over $329. Refused to return the Selling fees I paid and also refuse to allow an Appeal of the account closure. To try and cover there tracks, Amazon replaced my original add with a currently available but DIFFERENT model from another Seller. Not clever enough because I had printed to PDF the ad I placed when I got done.
Then, the M****F****** sends it back damaged and not in working condition (I have the photos before and after I opened the box (and notified the USPS driver), and then Amazon refunds him the restocking fee!!! Now, I have to file a USPS Insured Claim and A-Hole will not cooperate.
So, off to Small Claims and triple damages claim for UCC commercial fraud and etc. It may be months, but I will have my day in the sunshine.

Amazon.com cancelled your seller account due to deceptive business practices on YOUR end.
Your advertisement on Amazon and the product recieved was in fact NOT the same item, and it was also non-functional and unusable.
No one tried to rip you off. Your statements are unjustified, false, misdirected, and frankly reprehensible.
It seems like your problem and primary complaint is with Amazon, and you are placing blame where blame is not due. The inappropriate claim against this business is simply unfounded.
Your use of profanity and mud slinging only strengthens my argument that you are in the wrong, and simply unhappy that things did not go your way. Again, Amazon did not refund your money, did not allow your account, and replaced your ad soley due to you, not anyone else. I will add, that Amazon does not just close accounts for no reason, and there were several other complaints against you.
And PS, your incorrect use of "there" and "their" is indicative of the assumption that YOU clearly do not "know English well enough" to properly write a simple sentence.
This website, Ripoff Report, is also a soundboard in a good way and bad. This false claim should be investigated, taken down, and remedied. Unfortunately, they will not do so unless they get a fee and make money off of people trashing businesses. Such a shame. Go to the better (((REDACTED))) for real info.
