just because i had an issue with roger doest mean he doest do a goid job my problems were a result of miscommunication and ignorance on my part. my problem with roger is with roger not ram residential if this was a perfect worikd this would never have happened. just do your due dilligence and chck him out.

after you called me twice about removing my posting and ordering me to remove t this is wht you do. you attack my special needs adult children in a way that is not very professional . if they could work i would be so happy. i raised them by myself since my hisband died. as for a considerable payment i paid you nine hundred dokkars to settle it for the year. did you want me not to pay you. i withheld payment because of the refusal of you to fix my shed i had four contractors come out and say it was about to cokkpse withiut bracing it. ne contractor from ann arbor said it was not done correctly only once when we went to court did you fix it. i can understand why you are upset about my posting the complaint but you did not resoond to my calls and i was upset. you have your facts wrong i purchased my home in wpqww on a short sale and i am in the process of fixing it up. my family has helped me find people to fix the storm damage listed on your contract. this pissing contest is stopping now. i did not bring up your personal demons you told me in the courthouse i know what its like to live with what you are going through. i purchased my home in two thousand twelve and its not in bad shape. i am through with this crap treat me like a sister in christ not a piece of crap you scrape off. and i wilk never use wmuzs recimmendations to use their adveetisers. i called you four times yesterday but you never returned my calls this posting is in response to this. and do not call my daughters phone anymore she just doest understand .

We were contacted by this customer when a storm moved through the area causing damage to their home. The house was actually so neglected we were quite surprised that the Insurance Company was actually willing to pay for repairs.
When we contract with a consumer to do repairs on there home that the insurance is paying for they agree to turn over all insurance payments to R.A.M. The insurance company usually gives a percentage of the dollar amount of the damages from there (Ins. Co) loss report up front and once work is completed pays the balance. It may take many weeks to receive payment in full.
Prior to starting work we informed the customer that there roof was in such bad shape that there was going to be a significant amount of wood replacement which the insurance company probably NOT pay for. Because of the same sad story she has posted we agreed to ATTMEPT to get the insurance to pay for it to pay for it. And they sent R.A.M. an e mail acknowledging this
This customer told us they had received there initial payment and we proceeded to replace the roof on there house. We ended up having to replace ALL the plywood on the roof, again due to there neglect. The cost for the wood replacement was $1,580.00 which the Insurance Company refused to cover.
About this time we realized that this customer had received almost $5,000.00 from Insurance Company yet had only given us $2,000.00 o n 9/19/2013. We did not receive another pament from this customer until 2/13/14 when they paid another $2,000.00. At this point we had completed approximately $6,000.00 worth of work to the house not to mention the additional $1,580.00 for the wood replacement.
When we requested that they turn over the balance of the insurance money earned all of there complaints started. The easiest one to address is they said we knocked the gutters off of there house. We had pictures prior to starting work showing that the fascia boards that hold the gutters up were almost completely rotten. There driveway is a combination of rotten asphalt and dirt obviously never having been maintained, again we HAVE pictures.
I recently received a judgment against this customer that would have allowed me to cause them some serious legal issues. Much to her lawyers surprise I agreed to a token monthly payment. Its curious to note that she was able to come up with a significant payment to cover her years worth of payments.
This person is guilty of insurance fraud in my opinion or maybe larceny by conversion I am not a lawyer no do I intend wasting time on trying to get money that just isn’t there. During the court proceedings she stated that she had no money as she was supporting THREE adult children who could not find work, her husband had left her etc etc. I wanted to scream that maybe they (the kids) should at least try McDonald’s. The complete apathy of this woman playing the victim was more than I cared to battle.
If I had known that she had posted this on the internet I would not have been so kind and would have pursued this further.
We sincerely tried to assist this customer as we do all of our customers to the best of our abilities. At R.A.M. we do give back to the community more so than any other company of our nature, well at least that I am aware of.

spoke to roger the roofer and as of today the shed has been done use roger the roofer for asll your roofing needs i will heartily recomend him. you would be stuipd not to use him.
