My brother who was intrusted to take care of our mother's bank account and other fincial matters.
Well one day he decided to take my mother of 87 years with Dimentia and Alhemiers to meet his girlfriends daughter Ms.May Foo of Forest Hills who is a Notary .Ms May Foo Noterized a deed for a house at 94-31 212 place Queens Village NY. transfering the house to my brother Randolph Mallory .
Oh yes the Will, I never knew their was a will but my younger brother did .Upon my mothers death my broker brother who had the original never entered the will into probate.
The will clearly states that the house is to be shared by the 3 brothers. That never happened my brother Randolph sold the house without telling us about the sale . He has kept all the money from the sale of the house and refuses to admit that he is a thief .
