Randstad Lauren Botswick irvine office Unethical hiring WARNING!!!!! Irvine California
To all recruiters::: beware of Randstad proffessionals, ESP Lauren Botwick. She is desperately tiring to fill a position on her team. She lied to me, promising a different position with a mentor type training. I am an accomplished executive recruiter, I have been placing Sr level Sales, Marketing, and C-level for over 8 years. All of my background including compensation Was aware. Being a recruiter, Lauren should have known what caliber of professional I am. I went through 3 interviews, a bunch of aptitude tests, and a brief meeting with the RVP. On my last visit to the office, I was shown the area I would be working and the area of my expertise. When I showed up, it was a completely different story. I was placed in a cubical working with finance and accounting recruiters with no support and no training. Not to mention that this $22bill company could not get my computer working. I worked there for 4.5 days and the only thing Laurn made me do is sign a no compete and change my linkedin page, messing up my 3000+ network of very established executives. Beware of this hiring process, my lawyers and I both are taking action against them for unethical hiring and trying to corner the market.
